Privacy Policy

This site does not require an account, it does not collect an email address through a signup form, and it does not sell personal information. If you email the site, that email and its contents are used only to reply to you.

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may keep server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as part of operating its hosting service. This site does not control GitHub server logs, and it does not receive a named list of visitors from GitHub.

This site does not currently place advertising cookies of its own. If Google AdSense advertising is added in the future, Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at https://adssettings.google.com, and from many third-party advertisers at https://optout.aboutads.info. This section must be updated on the day advertising goes live, not after.

No analytics provider is named here, because none is currently used to track individual visitors on this site. If analytics is added, this policy will name the provider, what it collects, and how to opt out, before it is used to make content decisions.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. This site does not sell personal information. To make a request, email contact@subwaymenuss.us with the subject Privacy Request.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has emailed personal information to this site, contact contact@subwaymenuss.us and it will be deleted.

If this policy changes, the last updated date at the top will change, and material changes will be described here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
