Real data, no guessed numbers

What should you order at Subway? Filter it by your goal.

Pick a goal, then set your own limits. The table below uses only the items in the site data file, with their sampled prices and Subway published nutrition. Where a number was not published, the table says so, it does not fill it in.

How this tool works, and what it does not do

199 orderable items are in this tool. 172 have a confirmed average price, 104 of those were priced at all 19 sampled stores, and 27 have no confirmed price, so they show as Price unavailable. 58 items have a price but no published protein, sodium or carb figures, so they show as Not published for those columns. Those 58 cannot match a protein, sodium or carb filter, and the count line says how many were left out for that reason.

Prices are average sampled prices, not a national list, so your store may charge slightly more or less. Nutrition figures are Subway published figures from the data file. Food goals look at food items first, because a 0 calorie drink or a 70 calorie soup is not the same kind of order as a sandwich or bowl. Change Category to Drinks or Snacks and Cookies to see those items on their own terms.

Kids portions and soups are smaller servings. They appear in the same table, with their item name showing the size where the data file gives one, so compare them with that size difference in mind.
